The company was founded in July 1981, to provide general consulting for small business.  In 1984, the first medical client was secured and they retained the company’s services for the next 20 years.  By 1990, the company focused exclusively on medical and dental practices.  In 1996 HealthSearch USA, a business devoted to recruiting physicians on a national level was acquired.  September 1998 marked the inauguration of Medical Management Southwest to provide billing and practice management services for physicians.  Healthcare Realty Advisors was established in February 2003 to assist physicians and dentists identify ideal locations for their practices, and provide lease and purchase negotiation services.
